Cards Against Anxiety by Pooky – whilst these cards were not initially designed for use by children, they have been widely used by adults supporting the children in their care and the feedback has been very positive. You can watch a video about the cards here.
Starving the Anxiety Gremlin for Children Aged 5-9: A Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Workbook on Anxiety Management – I recommend this book all the time, it’s full of worksheets and activities that you can use as a way in to helping a child understand and take control of their worries and anxieties.
The Worry Workbook – this workbook is beautiful and full of all sorts of drawing and writing activities that children really enjoy doing. There is also guidance for parents / supporting adults about how to use the book to support a child.
